Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. Through your exchanges by phone, WhatsApp or email: the information you choose to share. Online booking is handled by Rosa, which processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used only to respond to your requests and arrange your appointments, at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). It is never used for commercial purposes or shared with third parties.
Hosting and transfer
The site and contact form messages are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as a processor under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Health data and professional secrecy
Please do not send detailed medical information through the form. What is shared in session is covered by professional secrecy. Patient records are kept in accordance with Belgian law.
Retention period
Messages that do not lead to follow-up are deleted no later than [12 months] after the last exchange.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to mbertuol.psy@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
