Mathilde Bertuol
I'm a clinical psychologist, trained at the Université libre de Bruxelles. I see adults at the Centre paramédical Tulipe and have trained specifically in supporting people with addiction-related difficulties, including through hospital experience in this field. I also support people facing a range of personal and emotional challenges, in a caring and confidential setting.
I am currently training in EMDR at the Université libre de Bruxelles, an approach recognised in particular for working with trauma.

Because every path is unique, I walk alongside you at your own pace.
Every process begins with careful listening to your story and to what brings you here. Together, we clarify your goals and build a framework that suits you.
With addiction, I work without judgement, starting from where you are: cutting down, stopping, or first simply understanding. The pace and the goals remain yours.
Two experiences that shape my practice.
Elite sport, a journey beyond performance
I competed in elite sport. A sports scholarship took me to study psychology in the United States, where I competed at a semi-professional level for four years.
Sport taught me perseverance, patience and how to manage emotions during and after competition. Today, it remains a pleasure I enjoy in my free time.
A path across several countries
My studies took me to the United States and then Switzerland, before I returned to Belgium to complete my master's and begin my practice here.
Living abroad taught me to adapt and to meet other cultures and other ways of seeing the world. It's also why I can offer sessions in both French and English.
A space to begin, together.
A first meeting to open a space to talk and reflect together on what could help you.
