Your questions, answered openly.

It's normal to have questions before taking the first step. Here are the ones I hear most often.

How does the first session work?
It's a time to get to know each other. You tell me what brings you, in your own way, and together we see whether this setting suits you. There's no commitment.
Do I need to want to stop to seek help for addiction?
No. You can come to cut down, to stop, or simply to take stock and understand. We start from where you are.
Do I need a medical referral?
No, you can book directly, online or by contacting me.
Are our conversations confidential?
Yes. As a psychologist, I am bound by professional secrecy. What is said in session stays between us.
In which language are sessions held?
In French or English, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
How long does therapy last?
It depends on your situation and what you're looking for. Some people come for a few focused sessions, others for longer support. We review things together regularly.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
That's fine. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we can find another time.

A space to begin, together.

A first meeting to open a space to talk and reflect together on what could help you.
